What I did
- Built the Spring Boot 3 REST API and Angular 16 UI end to end
- Delivered request, SLA, workflow and activity modules and a role / claim based authorization matrix
- Developed dashboards, reporting cards and team workload screens
- Redesigned 42 transactional e-mail templates; ran multi-tenant MySQL schema rollouts with idempotent SQL
- Implemented a dark mode design-token system and responsive UI from Figma
- Release management and Playwright end-to-end test automation
